Projects
Individual and group psychotherapy are my primary tools for working with people. But all my experience, knowledge, reflections, and observations accumulate, and I’m filled with a desire to share them with others. I usually don’t deny myself these desires. So, of course, I’ll gradually be publishing my guides, workshops, master classes, and psychology courses.
Guides
What is a guide, as I understand it? It’s a very brief but highly informative transmission of information—very important information about ourselves, our psyche, our relationships with others and ourselves. I choose a topic that’s close to my heart and frequently requested by my clients, and I create a kind of guidebook about my understanding of it. I explain it in a way that’s easy to understand, but also deeply reveals the topic.
My very first guide is about adulthood, growing up, and the differences between an adult and someone pretending to be one. I’m sharing this guide completely free for one reason: I dream of seeing as many people as possible achieve psychological maturity (which would be great to have by age 30, but many never achieve until the end of their lives).
