Psychology exercises

In this section, I’ve collected psychological exercises I use in my practice as a Gestalt therapist. I’ve been supporting people in psychotherapy since 2010 and have seen clearly how practical, conscious self-improvement helps gradually change the quality of life—not through “magic techniques,” but through understanding and connecting with oneself.

Unlike theoretical articles, psychological exercises allow you to not just read about psychology but experience it firsthand. Through questions, observations, and simple practices, you begin to notice how your inner world works—what beliefs control you, where you get stuck, what prevents you from making decisions and moving forward.

In this section you will find exercises aimed at:

  • working with self-esteem and inner critic;
  • exploration of relationships with parents and the separation process;
  • awareness of one’s needs, desires and boundaries;
  • reduction of anxiety and internal tension;
  • getting to know different parts of your personality.

All the psychological exercises you’ll find on this page are suitable for both independent practice and therapy. They require no special preparation and can be completed at your own pace. It’s important to remember that the goal of the exercises isn’t to “fix yourself,” but to better understand yourself and learn to treat yourself with greater acceptance and support.
