Clarity and specificity will make your life better.

Clarity and concreteness, which can change our lives for the better—what exactly are they? Being clear and concrete requires a lot of courage. It’s courage that changes our lives. Our courage. But to become courageous in general, we need to learn to be courageous in the details. We need to become courageous in calling a spade a spade. We need to be clear and concrete with ourselves, others, and our lives.
We deceive ourselves without realizing it. We don’t lie to ourselves out loud, and even in our thoughts we are honest with ourselves, but nevertheless, we constantly deceive ourselves. How? We don’t speak about anything concretely and clearly. We beat around the bush, we don’t say “yes” or “no,” we don’t clearly state what we want from ourselves, others, and from life. And yes, we are honest with ourselves. But no—that’s how we deceive ourselves and others.
Speaking clearly and specifically requires a lot of courage. It requires being yourself. But courage is a precious commodity. And being yourself is even more so. However, you’ll never experience any positive changes in your life until you’re specific and clear. First with yourself. Then with others. That’s what this video is all about👌
Specificity and clarity are something most of us, unfortunately, lack. Why is this? Because when we’re clear and specific with ourselves, above all, we risk confronting our true selves. The real me can be insecure, lazy, devaluing, and so on. All of these subpersonalities definitely influence me. The “insecure me” won’t want to be confronted with a specific income goal because I’m categorically unwilling to accept the idea that I could be insecure at all. My insecure self is unpleasant to me. That’s why I won’t confront reality and won’t name a specific amount I’d like to earn.
Or else, I could be lazy. If I name a specific amount I want to earn, I’ll inevitably come across as lazy. And if being lazy is a categorically unpleasant thing for me, I’ll avoid being specific.
Here’s another example. By naming a specific amount, I risk devaluing my own desires. I might ridicule my own wishes and ambitions. Will I even want this? No! That’s why I’ll avoid specifics and clarity. And that means I won’t expect any changes in my life. Without clarity and specifics, there can be no change. Only clarity and specifics determine the direction of movement and our goals and desires as a whole.
I wish you with all my heart the courage to speak openly about what, how much, how, and with whom you want. Be clear, at least with yourselves. Call a spade a spade. And changes for the better will not be long in coming!
